We provide employees the with interactive and convenient online training. In just 8 hours per year, team members can meet their annual training requirement from home. We offer advanced training and development opportunities as well, providing the benefit of paid professional development days to encourage employees to broaden their knowledge and attend training on topics of interest to enhance their ability to provide the best support possible.

Professional Development hours may be completed online through Relias training courses. All full-time employees are eligible for 40 Professional Development hours per year and are encouraged to use this time to enhance skills and knowledge by enrolling in topics of interest. Employees can browse over 300 courses in the Relias library!
