In addition to providing continuous opportunities for employee feedback through regular communication with Training and Support Specialists and supervisors, our leadership team values the contributions and ideas of every employee. Professional Development hours may be completed online through Relias training courses. All full-time employees are eligible for 40 Professional Development hours per year and are encouraged to use this time to enhance skills and knowledge by enrolling in topics of interest. Employees can browse over 300 courses in the Relias library!
