Help Shape The Future of Housing: Join Our Focus Groups
🏠 What does safe, supported, and independent living look like for you or your loved one?
We’re bringing together people receiving services and family members to discuss housing needs, future planning, and residential supports, especially when family caregivers may no longer be available to provide assistance.
Anyone receiving services through any provider agency and their family members are welcome to participate! The insights shared through these focus groups will help inform housing recommendations and advocacy efforts for people with disabilities across New York State.
